Ingredients: Jackfruit, Beets, Seitan (vital wheat gluten flour, garbanzo flour, tomato paste, spices, olive oil), Tofu, Flour, Garbanzos, Olive/Coconut Oil, Spices
Cooking Instructions: product contains raw flour, please cook thoroughly. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat.
Cook burger for 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
*cook to an internal temperature of 74c
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze.
